Deliveries

Minimum Rental Requirement: All rental orders, including Will Call, require a minimum of $300 in rental items. Delivery fees, taxes, and the security deposit do not count toward the rental minimum.

NOTE: Parking, entry fees, permits, and access to the venue or residence are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery is to the first floor at a scheduled time. If no elevator is available, a per-step fee may apply. A few steps are typically included at no charge. Late-night pickups may incur additional fees. Please review our Terms & Conditions to plan accordingly and avoid additional charges.

For events over 20 miles from our Arlington Heights, IL headquarters or within downtown Chicago, extended delivery fees and/or a higher minimum rental amount may apply based on distance, travel time, and event logistics.

We use Google Maps as our reference to determine distance. Please click HERE to calculate which delivery option applies. Once your reservation is received, we will contact you to schedule your pickup and drop-off windows.

Due to insurance requirements, third-party pickups or drop-offs are not permitted.

We do not ship our rental inventory.
