HIRE
Royal Table Settings rental collection is available for any type of event. We can work with you to have your items delivered and collected OR customers are welcome to pick-up and drop-off. We also can deliver our Vintage Platters, Serving Bowls and Vintage Vases to your caterer or florist a day prior to your big event. ON THE DAY STYLING
Why hire us? We can oversee the set up at the venue and ensure that all the little details are executed perfectly. Our Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP), with over 15 years of planning experience, will review all your table needs, work with you months in advance and target to stay in your budget. TAILORING YOUR LOOK
With information overload, styling your wedding, corporate event or even a small private event sometimes can be a bit like swimming in syrup! If you need help with bringing your vision together, we can help with all of the below:

  • Assisting in choosing your linens, china, flatware, glassware and any other tableware needs. 
  • Work with your florist to design a palate and look for your event, including choosing flowers, vases and props.
  • Assisting in choosing additional details from creating centerpieces, arranging your buffet and sweets tables, or even adding vintage items throughout your venue to set the mood.
  • Consult with your caterer about your menu and then provide rental recommendations such as Vintage Platters, Serving Trays and Serving Bowls to ensure it is garnished to your liking.
  • We are also happy to coordinate with your baker for your cakes and custom sweets to be displayed perfectly on all our Vintage Cake Stands.
