Deliveries

NOTE: Parking, entry fees and/or access to a venue/home must be provided by the renter. Delivery is to the first floor at a scheduled time. If no elevator is available, a per-step fee may apply. A few steps are typically included at no charge. Late-night pickups may incur additional fees. Please review our Terms & Conditions to plan accordingly and avoid additional charges.

For events over 20 miles or within downtown Chicago, extended delivery fees and/or a higher minimum rental will apply based on distance, travel time, and event logistics. Extended delivery may include multiple trips for delivery and pickup.

We use Google Maps as our reference to determine distance. Please click HERE to calculate which delivery option applies. Once your order is received, we will contact you to schedule your pickup and drop-off windows.
