NOTE: Minimum rental order is $300 for events in the Chicagoland suburbs and $800 for events in downtown Chicago (this does not include Security Deposit, Delivery Fees, and applicable taxes).
For online reservation requests, your card is not charged at checkout. Each request is carefully reviewed to confirm availability, delivery details, and final pricing. We will then connect with you to ensure everything is perfect for your event.
Once your order is confirmed, a Security Deposit will be collected to reserve your rentals. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and added after order review. Events located within the City of Chicago are subject to a 15% rental tax, as required by local regulations.
After your reservation request is reviewed, you will receive a detailed quote outlining your selected rentals, delivery details, and applicable taxes. We will confirm everything with you before moving forward.
